Our TeamRider instructors look forward to welcoming you for a versatile, dynamic and fun course!

In a safe framework, you will discover all the facets of skiing: snowpark, off-piste, slalom, skicross.

Those who sign up for the whole day course will find an edited video of the week on our Freeride ESF Youtube channel.

All the facets of skiing
Beginner level course:
You will refine your technique and style while starting out off-piste, doing SnowPark jumps, in Skicross and in slaloms. 

Advanced level course:
You will discover the usefulness of freeride/freestyle when getting off the marked out resort and enjoying the snowpark.

Make sure to choose beginner or advanced when booking your lesson.

There's no winner but you can fill your boots with different activities to enjoy yourself all week!

What equipment do I need for the course?
Equip yourself with all mountain skis suited to your level, back protection and a helmet. You can get advice from a ski rental store.
Do I need to buy a ski lift pass?
All children need a lift pass as soon as they are no longer in the day care.
You can buy them online or at the Val Thorens ski lift ticket offices, providing proof of age. Click here to buy a ski pass.
