Although he grew up near the sea in La Grande Motte, Xavier swapped the coast for the mountains, finally settling in Val Thorens in 1985, where he had been studying for several years.
Five years after arriving in Val Thorens, Xavier began his career as a ski instructor. The desire to pass on his passion, while working in the heart of the mountains, brings a smile to his face day after day. He particularly likes to see his students progress and gain in confidence when they get on their skis.
One of the reasons Xavier chose the ESF is because of the values the schools convey. With their conviviality, experience and sharing, he assures young athletes that they are in good hands when they decide to try their hand at the discipline.
