After her first slides at the age of 18 months, Lou has never stopped practicing winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding. In fact, this passion is a real family affair for the instructor. For the past ten years, Lou has been sharing her knowledge with adults and young children who have come to discover Val Thorens with their families.
Driven by her love for sharing, Lou teaches skiing, and more particularly snowboarding and off-piste skiing. Very attentive to individual needs, Lou is able to adapt perfectly to your wishes. Whether you're looking to push your limits or stay in your comfort zone, Lou will provide you with tailor-made lessons.
Known for her contagious good humor, Lou always enjoys working at altitude. Escaping, being able to clear her mind, enjoying a magical setting... the benefits are endless for her. When she's not on the slopes, Lou is also an oenologist, enabling her to fully satisfy her passion for wine on the side.
