Roland was lucky enough to discover the joys of skiing at the age of three, but it was around six that he really fell in love with that sport. Since then, many years have passed, and Roland has been teaching others to ski for over 40 years now.
Driven by his passion for skiing, and in particular for off-piste outings and the great outdoors, Roland is an open-minded esf instructor, capable of creating real group cohesion at each of his sessions. From Cime Caron to Orelle, he'll be delighted to help you discover the wonders of Val Thorens.
Having taught in Switzerland and Italy, Roland now believes that the most beautiful skiing areas are in France. Alongside his work as a ski instructor, Roland has also had the opportunity to manage a campsite for 30 years. Besides, he's never opposed to a little paragliding flight or mountain biking in the wilderness.
