What you need to join a Team Rider course

In Val Thorens, the Team Rider course welcomes children from the age of 8, but it's often teenagers aged between 13 and 17 who take part in these dynamic days out. To join the course, you need to have passed the Étoile d'Or level, which is more likely to be over the age of 10.

As the days are punctuated by tricks and jumps of all styles, the safety of the teenagers is also at the heart of our concerns. So if you're going to take part, you'll need to be equipped for the risks involved, with back protection and a helmet.
