With decades of experience behind it, the ESF Val Thorens offers private and group lessons renowned for their quality and effectiveness, for everyone from the very young to adults. Our state-qualified instructors guide their pupils in discovering the joys of skiing for beginners, or in learning new techniques and perfecting their skills for the more experienced.
While private lessons offer tailor-made support, group lessons are particularly well suited to children's needs. Children are grouped by level, which encourages them to show solidarity and helps them to gain self-confidence. As the lessons progress, your apprentice skier will have the pleasure of observing his progress alongside his holiday friends.

You can opt for half-day, morning or afternoon lessons, with lunch as an optional extra. Full-day courses are also available, with or without lunch, depending on your preferences.
Open from Ourson to 2ᵉ Étoile or Étoile d'Or levels, our group ski lessons are available Sunday to Friday or Monday to Friday; you can then arrange your budding skier's timetable according to when you arrive in the resort. Whatever your choice, the ESF advises you to book all your services in advance so that you can enjoy your stay in Val Thorens with complete peace of mind!
