There is no minimum age for ice climbing, but a minimum shoe size is required. You'll need to wear at least a size 36 to be able to take part in this activity.
Ice axes, helmets and harnesses - the essential technical equipment will be provided by your guide at the start of the session. He will explain how to use them, as well as the basic safety rules to be observed on a frozen route.
It's also important not to neglect your clothing. For 4 hours, you'll be in contact with ice climbing, in an open environment subject to wind and cold.
