Val Thorens' early season opening means you can ski from 18 November!

Favourable snow conditions at the end of October and beginning of November have made this happy anticipation possible. This is a real gift for winter sports fans who can't wait to get started.

In addition to the recent snowfalls, which have created a favourable environment, it is also the concerted efforts of all those involved in the resort that have made it possible for the Val Thorens slopes to open on Saturday 18 November. This is a great opportunity for all winter sports fans to enjoy the emblematic slopes of the Savoyard resort.

Val Thorens is not opening its doors half-heartedly. The Cascade, Peclet and central resort areas will be fully operational from this weekend. Whether you're an alpine skier or a snowboard fan, you're sure to find something to suit you on the accessible slopes.

And this offer isn't limited to the weekend: these areas will remain open all next week until 25 November, the date originally planned for the launch of the season. What's more, depending on how the snow conditions develop, other parts of the domain could soon open up.

Now for the best news: ski pass prices. For this first week, expect to pay just €20 per day (adult or child). This is a unique and very attractive rate for the first runs of the season, valid from 18 November to 24 November inclusive.
